Ending Landlord-Tenant Relationship form details:

Landlord/tenant matters are governed by the laws of the State of Florida ( Florida Statutes – Chapter 83 ) and by the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. There are five different types of notices given to tenants when ending the relationship. Each one is very specific in what it requires. Listed below are the different types of notices.

NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL

NOTICE TO VACATING TENANT

NOTICE OF INTENT TO IMPOSE CLAIM ON SECURITY DEPOSIT

NOTICE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY UNDER $500

If your tenant vacates the property and left personal property worth less than $500, use our Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property Under $500 form to give notice to your tenant of where you are storing his or her personal property.

NOTICE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY ABOVE $500

If your tenant vacates the property and left personal property worth over $500, use our Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property Over $500 form to give notice to your tenant of where you are storing his or her personal property.
